This series contains records created after Goodyear's death in 1923. Materials include correspondence between Wilford S. Conrow, A. Kingsley Porter, and others regarding Goodyear's death and the publication of a book on medieval refinements; a draft of Medieval Refinements with notes; a draft of Conrow's Brooklyn Museum Quarterly memorial; and clippings regarding Goodyear's death and his father's legacy. Included, as well, is a poem of remembrance entitled To My Father, written by Goodyear's daughter, Rosalie.

Goodyear was a friend of painter Arthur C. Goodwin (birthdate listed variously between 1863 and 1869) and an active promoter of his work, organizing several exhibitions of his work and writing a book about his struggles as an artist.
